PROCEDURES MANUAL(PM)

Aproject Procedures Manual (PM) is produced for every Lavante Garde project.

The Procedures Manual will contain the detailed instruction that describe, either directly or by reference to Standards, how the project will be executed within the terms of the Contract. The Project Architect will be responsible for the preparation, distribution and updating of the Procedures Manual. This will include, if necessary, gaining the Client's approval that the finished product provides a satisfactory representation of the requirements for the execution of the project.
